Notice of Annual General Meeting
North Shore Sporting Car Club

Members of the North Shore Sporting Car Club are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Wednesday 13th November 2019 commencing at 7:00pm, at The Roseville Memorial Club, 64 Pacific Hwy., Roseville, 2071 NSW.

1. Confirmation of Minutes of Annual General Meeting held Monday 12th November, 2018.
2. Apologies (Only if written apologies received)1
3. Annual report of the Committee by the President.
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Membership Secretary’s report
6. Motorsport report
7. Election of the General Committee, to be elected in the following order:
a) President
b) Vice President
c) Treasurer
d) Secretary
e) Membership Secretary
f) General Committee members
8. Other Business (such as may be transacted at a General Meeting)2

1) Apologies must be received in writing by the Secretary prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting. Apologies may be emailed to the Secretary at secretary@nsscc.com.au
2) Only business listed on this notice of Annual General Meeting may be transacted at the meeting.
3) Members are invited to propose other business to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting by giving notice in writing of that business to the Secretary by 6th November 2019.
