The ADULT DRIVER Entry Fee (You can choose to have a Co-Driver or not) is $350.00 per round.
The JUNIOR DRIVER Entry Fee is $250.00 per round (age 14 – 18yrs. Junior Drivers must be accompanied by an adult Co-Driver).

For the 2026/27 Prospeed Racing Tarmac Sprint Series, we’re stepping it up with two full course layouts. The Series will feature the traditional forward direction track and an updated reverse direction layout.
Each round of the 5 event season will feature one track only, giving competitors a fresh challenge every time they line up. Across the series, both setups will be used, ensuring drivers get to experience the full variety, speed, and technical skill each layout demands.
Whether you’re tackling the high-speed forward flow or the all-new reverse layout with added sections, every event will bring something different to test your limits.

The ROAD CLASS allows competitors with standard vehicles a chance to win their class.
Vehicles are eligible for the “ROAD Classes” only if:

ALL OTHER VEHICLES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE OPEN CLASSES.
The SD or “Single Driver” Class is designed for competitors who choose to compete without a co-driver.
Open to any vehicle type, modifications, or engine capacity.
Single drivers are automatically placed into this class.
Must have only a driver in the vehicle for all timed runs.
Eligible for event class awards only.
Not eligible for series points or end-of-season series awards.
Each competitor will receive a special SD sticker to display on the front windscreen.
Open to any vehicle type, modifications, or engine capacity.
Competitors must run gravel tyres for all timed runs.
All entries on gravel tyres will automatically be placed in this class.
Eligible for event class awards and will appear in the results as a separate class.
Not eligible for series points or series awards.
Driver + Co-Driver teams only (no solo drivers accepted).
This class is perfect for those who want to mix it up on gravel rubber while chasing event glory!

This STILL is the closest tarmac sprint event to Sydney, giving you reduced travel costs to get to and from the venue, as well as a fun location for servicing your car.
The roads are a mix of fast, slow and challenging sections suiting all cars. 100% of the course is smooth and in some places, brand new asphalt.
You don’t need a supercar to enter, in fact just about any car will do… borrow your mother in laws Toyota Camry!

Did you know that a co-driver is not mandatory for this Seasons Tarmac Sprint Series?
Whilst you can’t score series points, you can enter the event without having a co-driver. So if you’re having trouble finding someone to sit beside you, why not enter anyway! You will be entered into the SD class for the event and eligible for event class awards.
Do you plan on entering your 4WD Car? Or are you a 2WD kinda person? Whatever your preferred option, FWD, RWD or 4WD, make sure you enter this season. We’ve got plenty of cool stuff going on at this seasons events, so make sure you enter a round or two.

The Tarmac Sprint Series is held at Sydney Dragway, Eastern Creek. You don’t need to be an experienced rally or race driver to compete at the Tarmac Sprint. In fact you only need to be over 14 years old to compete. So if you want to drive your standard, modified, race or rally car fast on a road circuit in a safe and controlled environment, then you should come to the Tarmac Sprint Series held in Sydney on a weeknight each month during summer.

No, the course is easy to follow so they can enjoy the ride or give you suggestions! All they need to do is get you to arrive at the start line on time and carry the time card and hand it in at the finish!
REMEMBER this year you can enter with a Driver only (this means that you will be included in the SD Class and eligible for event class awards BUT not eligible for Series points or awards).

Scrutineering for Vehicles WITH a Motorsport Australia Log Book:
A vehicle with a Motorsport Australia Log Book does NOT need to be checked by a Scrutineer.
The Competitor, Driver and Co-Driver must, prior to the Event fill out a copy of the following forms. The forms can then be uploaded to the Online Entry Form:
Spot checks on competing vehicles will be made during the event/s by the Event Scrutineers. The Vehicle Log Book must be ready to be checked at any time during the event/s.
Scrutineering for Vehicles WITHOUT a Motorsport Australia Log Book:
A vehicle without a Motorsport Australia Log Book will need to be checked by an approved Motorsport Australia Rally Scrutineer. There are two options for Scrutineering:
It is recommended that regional scrutiny be utilised where possible to reduce demand at the venue on the day of the Event.

Every event has new car numbers that we provide at event documentation. You will be notified of your car number the day before each event when the Seeded Entry List is published (keep checking the website www.nsscc.com.au to download the list)
The numbers are based on single or dual entries as well as shared Drivers and Co-Drivers.
This is not a 100% seeded field as we also often group cars together based on model and speed and need to take into consideration time for dual entries to swap over.

No, almost any car can enter. Many of last year’s competitors used their road car and drove to and from the event. Unfotunately, EV and Open Top vehicles can not enter the event due to the facility requirements and the nature of the course layout.
No, the course is 100% asphalt.
No, you do not need specialised race wear. You must wear long non-flammable clothing that covers from ankle to neck to wrists (but if you own a driving suit we expect you to wear it) and closed shoes. Apparel regulations can be found here: Technical Appendix (motorsport.org.au)
That is up to you, the course is no different to a suburban street or freeway.

The event is run as a closed-to-club S1 Rallysprint, this permits us to have more freedoms than other types of events.
Yes, but if your club is an affiliated Motorsport Australia club then you can apply for a special free NSSCC Adult Single Event Membership.
To be eligible for a free NSSCC Single Event Membership, you must be able to present your valid (other club) full membership at the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Juniors can not purchase a Single Event Memebrship. They must purchase a full Junior NSSCC Membership package.

No, we do allow entries that have a Driver only. If you enter as a “Single Driver” entry with no Co-Driver, you will be placed in the SD Class. The SD Class is eligible for Event class awards but competitors in the SD class will not receive Series points or Series awards.
The Co-Driver must be 14 years and over.
Easy, you can enter the event with TBA in the Co-Driver fields and secure your spot or you can enter the event without a Co-Driver (you will be added to the SD – Single Driver Class). However, competitors in the SD class will be eligible for Event class awards only but will NOT receive Series points or Series awards.
If you have a car with a Motorsport Australia Log Book – you will need to provide the current Self Scrutiny Forms before each event.
If you have a car without a Motorsport Australia Log Book – you will need to be scrutineered before each event.

No civil licence is required, but you will need a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence or higher. If you do not have a Motorsport Australia licence, please visit https://motorsport.org.au/licence/ to purchase a Speed Licence or a Junior Speed Licence (if you are eligible).
For the 2025/26 season we’re introducing a brand-new Gravel Tyre Class. If you enter the event on gravel tyres, you’ll automatically be placed into this class, no matter what vehicle you’re driving or how it’s modified. To be eligible, competitors must use gravel tyres for all timed runs and must compete as a driver and co-driver team – single-driver entries will not be accepted.
The Gravel Tyre Class will be included in the official results as its own category and will be eligible for event class awards. However, please note that while competitors in this class can fight for event honours, they will not be eligible for series points or end-of-season series awards.
