Due to excessive rain, this coming weekends Khanacross at Sydney International Dragway has been postponed (due to muddy conditions.)

It has come to that time of year again where we are holding our Annual General Meeting
As a reward for your membership and loyalty to NSSCC every member attending the AGM will receive a voucher for two free drinks and a voucher for a half price meal in the Roseville Club Bistro on the evening of the AGM. So come along and be a part of the running of your club!

We are calling for nominations for the following positions:
President
Vice President
Club Captain
Treasurer
Secretary
Wheelspin Editor
Social Secretary
CAMS Delegate
Committee Member
For this to occur, we require a Quorum of 20% of our membership.
Failure to meet the required Quorum, another meeting will be held on Monday 11th May, 2015.
In the AGM we would also like to propose that the Financial Year for the club’s accounting to be changed from the current 1st January to 31st December system to 1st July to 30th June to align it with the normal taxation financial year.
If you are not able to be present for the AGM, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT you please fill out the attached Proxy Vote form and return it to secretary@nsscc.com.au by 8:00pm Saturday 2nd May, 2015. A nomination form is also attached.
Normally, members arrive from 6:30-7:00pm and enjoy a dinner and drinks at the club. AS we mentioned earlier, as a reward for your membership and loyalty to NSSCC every member attending the AGM will receive a voucher for two free drinks and a voucher for a half price meal in the Roseville Club Bistro on the evening of the AGM. We really urge you to come along and get involved in the running of the club and be a part of North Shore!

North Shore Sporting Car Club North Shore Sporting Car Club
North Shore Sporting Car Club’s annual round of the NSW Khanacross series will take place at an all new khanacross venue on the massive grass car parks at Sydney International Dragway on Sunday 10th May.
The Dragway gives us a perfect venue for some great khanacross competition close to the geographic centre of Sydney with great facilities and a fantastic day of motorsport fun.
We will have a barbecue on for food throughout the day so pack the picnic rug some chairs and head on out to Sydney Dragway for our annual state khana. Scrutineering from 8am. Competition starts at 10am.
We are embracing CAMS new online EventEntry system for the first time, so you can enter on the CAMS website at this address.
